Prior to starting a full set of architectural drawings, we offer an initial consultation period. This includes concept drawings, preliminary meetings with the municipality's building and zoning departments as well as an Ontario Building Code review to determine construction feasibility.

This option is often chosen by clients who require initial assistance to find out if their project is worthwhile.
