Nicole Lacas, the owner and founder of the business, is a B.C.I.N designer in house, small and large buildings. A red seal carpenter since 2012, she strives for excellence and applies over a decade of construction knowledge that she has acquired to every project.
Having a background in construction project management and estimation, she understands the importance of communication. She works with our clients during the planning and construction stage to ensure the scope of work is clear and the project starts smoothly.
Projects are important to our clients, so they are important to us. We take pride in listening to our clients in order to properly assess their wishes. Ongoing training in building code requirements and construction techniques allows us to provide up-to-date, informed recommendations.
Good working relationships with clients, contractors, engineers, architects and other designers is key to any successful project. We coordinate the appropriate industry specialists, when required, to allow for a smooth planning phase.
